Terms and Conditions

By booking a session with Nicole Cook Photography, you agree to the following terms:

• Booking & Retainer: A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due on or before your session.
• Cancellation Policy: The retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel within 48 hours of your session, you may be responsible for additional costs (such as studio rental fees, if applicable).
• Session Timing: Sessions start and end promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will result in reduced shooting time. Missed sessions are forfeited.
• Image Delivery: You will receive an online gallery of edited digital images within the timeframe stated at booking. Raw/unedited files are not provided.
• Copyright: All images remain the copyright of Nicole Cook Photography. You are granted a personal-use license for printing and sharing. Commercial use is not permitted without written consent.
• Model Release: Unless you opt out in writing, you grant permission for Nicole Cook Photography to use images from your session for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.
