Additional Fees
Travel Fees
Nicole Cook Photography is based in Mesa, AZ. Travel within 40 miles round trip is included at no additional cost. For locations beyond this radius, a travel fee of $0.75 per mile (round trip) will apply. For destinations requiring extensive travel or an overnight stay, a custom quote will be provided. If you have a specific location in mind, please let me know—I love exploring new places with my clients!
Studio Fees
For sessions held in a professional studio, an additional rental fee will apply. This is the direct cost of renting the studio and is paid to cover the space itself—nothing additional is added on my end. Studio spaces are a wonderful option if you’re looking for a clean, timeless backdrop or a controlled environment, and I’m happy to recommend local studios that fit your vision. Be sure to check out my ongoing mini sessions, as they’re often held in studios and can be a great way to enjoy studio time without the added rental fee.
